Flowers are great here.. service need to be reevaluated. On the day I visited here, the place seemed to be understaffed. It was prom season and there was only one lady in there (assuming it was the owner) and she was more interested in what the person on the other end of the phone had to say. The person on the other end was clearly not a customer... most likely an employee from another location. I found this rude and unprofessional especially with customers in the store.

Rude, unprofessional and unreliable. It's a shame that a local business is managed so poorly. No one takes responsibility and there is no manager to talk to. Good luck finding the owner. She doesn't even care if there is a betrayed costumer in the store. She does all she can to avoid you. Avoid the hassle and go to another florist or one of the lovely employees of Atlantic Garden may send you away by saying:" F... off and leave!" Trust me it has happened before!

Found the customer service was excellent - they were so friendly, Carmel really went above and beyond to help me, will definitely be coming back!
