Arrived a week late after paying for next day delivery. Also arrived dead and UPSIDE DOWN ! HA. after painful hours of back and forth with multiple incompetent customer service platforms - they refuse to refund and offered 15$ off a future order.. as if I'd ever order from them again. Terrible. Waste of time, energy and money. definately DO NOT RECOMMEND! UPDATE - THEY PROVIDE A GENERIC AUTO APPOLOGY IN RESPONSE WITH AN EMAIL ADDRESS THEY DO NOT MONITOR. THEY OFFER STORE CREDIT ONLY AND WONT REFUND. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
I DO NOT recommend buying from this company whatsoever!!!! My nieces ordered a Christmas arrangement for me that costed them 120 dollars and what was delivered was nothing more than a few carnations and daisies amounting to a Sobeys $6.99 arrangement. They were supposed to be delivered on 23 December, I receive them 30 December. They were delivered by Purolator in a box placed on the front doorstep without even ringing the doorbell. All of the flowers were limp with black mold appearing on the carnations. This quality of service is absolutely ridiculous. I too would give zero stars if I could. Please do not waste your money and find a suitable local business that deserves your business and will give you the service you paid for.
The arrangement that was delivered is embarrassing. The flowers were dead, others were rotting. The arrangement was not worth anywhere close to the $130 charged. The other arrangement I was suppose to receive didn’t even arrive and they paid extra for a vase. Was terribly disappointed that my birthday surprise was ruined with such a poor clump of green bin ready florals.
2 separate bunches of flowers. One from December and one from now. Both bunches destroyed, and unpresentable. Very disappointing on both occasions. Not ordering ever again from them! Would give a 0 stars if possible.
I ordered flowers to be delivered same day to another Province. They were completed and in the recipients hands within 3 hours and they were beautiful. I will definitely order again from Bloomex!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! Spent 120$ on flowers for my mothers birthday. Should have known better. All of the flowers were molding, dead, or falling apart, and limp. Was told by my mother "the nicest part of this arrangement is the box" the customer service is an absolute joke and refunds are not an option. Feel absolutely 100% cheated. Terrible terrible business. ZERO STARS!!
I am totally disgusted with this flower shop. I ordered on a Friday and the order wasn't received until Tuesday and this was after several calls to the florist. I ordered flowers, a teddy bear and chocolates. The flowers were supposed to be a mixed bouquet which they weren't and I had to pay for the vase as well. The chocolates arrived without the teddy bear saying they were out of nears. The flowers aren't worth what I paid. I was to receive the chocolates free if I wrote a review which I originally did praising the company. The chocolates weren't free as they indicated they would be. I don't recommend this flower shop to anyone.
I was having problems ordering from the online service, so I called in to place my order. I ordered a stunning bouquet from Bloomex with next-day delivery and spoke with a super-friendly associate! I would highly recommend it!
I ordered flowers online here for the first time and my experience was flawless. Before completing my transaction i needed a few questions answered and their chat service was able to help me with the answers I needed. Gr8 service.
I have used this flower delivery service several times over the past few years and I have so far had great service, no complaints about the floral arrangements, only compliments and the website is very easy to use.
