Atel Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Atel came recommended to me from a neighbour. When our hot water tank stopped working, I called Atel for service. Our service technician, Brad, was excellent, super friendly, highly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help resolve our problem. He diagnosed the issue, showed me the broken part (heating coil) so I could understand what went wrong and thoroughly tested everything once repaired. Upon restarting the hot water tank, two peripheral valves connecting to my water furnace started to leak. Even though they were not part of the hot water tank, Brad replaced them for me free of charge. Because the tank had to be emptied, filled and re-heated to fully test everything, Brad ended up being here for almost three hours yet we were still only charged the $115 flat-rate for a service call (plus cost/labour for the heating coil). If the owner of Atel reads this, Brad is exactly the type of employee you want representing your company. I would confidently recommend Atel simply from the excellent service I received from them, particularly Brad.

Amazing service! They were quick to come out to my house and diagnose the issue, trustworthy and friendly and got my new furnace installed quickly. Gave me all my options so I could make an informed decision and I will be using them for all my needs in the future. Highly recommend this company for every aspect of their service!

When it was time to replace our ancient geothermal furnace, air exchanger and hot water heater this year, we requested quotes from a number of companies. After meeting with Jimmie, we went with ATEL Air. Several options were available to us in the brands that we trust. It was very clear that they were interested in providing the right solution not just selling products. The installation took place on time, on budget, it wrapped up when they said it would and I know they left the furnace room cleaner than it was when they got there! After installation service has been excellent. I haven't hesitated in recommending them to friends and family.

For years Atel Air has taken care of all of my HVAC needs. Modern technology in a nearly 2 century old country home. The whole team is knowledgeable on everything from my gas furnace to AC to instant hot water system. Their work is always clean and efficient. Highly recommend.
