I have progressive scoliosis. Ortho docs have prescribed muscle relaxers or surgery. Instead, I've tried various therapies to alleviate my pain: massage, chiropractors most won't touch me with my condition, cupping, acupuncture, etc. At Ease Wellness Center is the first place I've actually found relief. Their massage therapists & Dr. Chris have truly been life-changing for me. Dave uses a technique called "gua sha" which I'd never heard of. It's been an absolute game changer. My weekly sessions with Dave & Dr. Chris have eliminated my pain & have me feeling "normal" again :
I was injured in a rear end collision. My mobility was severely compromised. I had David G. work on me and i was amazed at how much better i could walk today. He is my go to person anytime I get injured.
Dr. Cara is very knowledgeable and informative. Went to see him with some upper back pain and left feeling brand new. If your in need of a chiropractor I highly recommend Ease Wellness!
Really the best chiro place I've gone to so far. Excellent customer service, super nice and casual design, and they are really professional too. I've been struggling with running injuries for 6 months until I found them. It literally took their massage therapist and chiros 4 weeks to get me back to shape. Super quick, and they take most insurances too!
Been going to At Ease Wellness Centers for the past 5 + years and have always had positive experiences. I have seen multiple massage therapists, based on the issue I was having. As a personal trainer, I highly recommend At Ease for your bodywork needs. Dr. Jen and Dr. Chris are fantastic at what they do, not only explaining how and what is going on with your body/ back / aches and pains / injuries, they teach you how to do some self-therapy and give you homework to do on your own to ensure lasting results.
DR Chris is the best. First saw him 13YRS ago, he got me walking without cane or walker.
Been going for physical therapy and massage for about 6 months. Each therapist has their own technique. I use Bob on Mondays and Paul on Fridays. The 2 combined are helping me with pain and getting me back to the gym. I've had 3 back operations and it's been hell. Lucky to have found them. I have been able to cut back on pain meds a little.
Dr Evans was a bit arrogant and too sure of his diagnosis without letting me get too many words in. I went here once a week for about 2 months and got very little relief of pain symptoms in my knees. I'm sure this place is great for relaxation and minor tight spots, but I would look elsewhere if you're nursing any real soft tissue issues or dysfunction from sports. Also, they were quite poor about getting back to me about scheduling appointments, until I was all together blown off by them and moved on. I suppose they gave up on me, since I wasn't improving.
amazing doctor I had a pinched nerve, couldnt walk arrived there laying flat seat all the way back in car.. left like a new person.. took one more visit and thats it.. no more back pain or pinched nerve. dr Chris is amazing!
Had my best massage ever today @ At Ease Wellness Center from Dave. I needed a deep tissue massage not a "spa" message especially for my right shoulder that had a severe rotator cuff repair in Jan. And that is just what I got & then some. He concentrated my rt shoulder but also did a deep tissue massage on the rest of my body, finding tightness & knots I didn't know I had. He was really knowledgeable about individual muscles, injuries to those muscles, & how to best help them heal. I will definitely be a repeat client.
