Assertive Northwest is one of those Property Management firms where the Property Managers are extremely knowledgeable about what a Strata building needs in consultation with their clients. Any Strata Council would do well to have Assertive Northwest manage their building.

One of the worst customer service you'll ever experience. They do not return your calls, will ignore your requests and inquiries. Just like that. They also quit without any advanced notice! How about announcing they are dropping your right in the middle of the AGM.Just...wow... Good luck if you have them managing your property.
