Aspen Dental

I was able to get an appointment promptly, that was about the only positive about this place. My x-ray tech asked me "what's wrong with you?" in regards to my disability, which is incredibly inappropriate and invasive. The dental hygienist behaved appropriately and kindly, but I waited 30 minutes alone in an exam room after getting my x-rays done to see her, which seemed excessively long. Finally, the dentist herself, after I informed her my hands do not work enough to allow me to hold floss, because of my disability, handed me a piece of floss and asked me to show her. This was also incredibly inappropriate. Then she lectured me on how to floss. I'm disabled, not unaware of the importance of dental hygiene. I'm pretty much disgusted with the way I was treated here. You'd expect medical professionals to have some idea on how to deal with disabled people, but apparently not.

I had to wait for 2 hours to be seen by the dentist. In which he told me I had 8 cavities (only have ONE before in my entire life) and sent me out the door. No explanation, no answering questions, nothing. It's safe to say I switched dentists, and had a completely different diagnosis and care.

Brittany - my dental hygienist- is the best! A year ago I used to have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist. Now it's no big deal because I know that I'm in good hands! Thanks for bringing back my smile 😊

Best dental experience ever! The staff is exceptional from the minute you walk in the door & Dr Reyes is probably the most caring dentist who goes above & beyond. Go here you won't be disappointed. They make going to the dentist a little less stressful & a little less painful.

The appointment was efficient and the dentist was great. I would recommend to anyone.
