Aspen Dental

Had an old crown replaced in October 2015. In January 2016, while I was eating a birthday cupcake, the crown fell off. They re-attached that crown for free, which was nice, though the dentist who saw me that day was awful (terrible chair-side manner, didn't use a topical before injecting numbing agent, literally make me scream "Jesus Christ"). But yesterday, 2/23/16, it fell off AGAIN while eating a muffin. They are now creating a new crown, in the *hope* that this one will stay on. Seriously, a permanent crown should not come off twice in less than 6 months. They say if this one doesn't work, they'll just refund my money so I can go somewhere else, so that's something, I guess. edit: it's 10/3/17 and my crown fell off AGAIN. Hoping they live up to their word on the refund.

The front desk is friendly, but always seems to not have my paperwork in order. They are always trying to charge me waaay more than agreed upon. (Even if you called 2 times before in the last week to confirm) I've been here 4 times in the last 3 months, and every time I dread the front desk. The rest of the staff are very organized and super friendly however. There might be a big lack of communication to the front desk or something, otherwise I don't understand what their issue is. Other than that I like going there.

Everyone is incredibly nice and super good at their jobs. Very efficiently run office from what I can see. I got my teeth cleaned (they were bad, gums were bleeding) and it didn't even hurt and my gums are completely healed a healthy now. And Anthony, the hygienist was incredibly nice and just awesome at his job.

My first appointment with Aspen Dental was on 06/20/2017 where Patty the dental assistant took numerous x-rays. Anthony the hygienist then examined my gums and teeth. The dentist was next who viewed the x-rays and made recommendations on work necessary to rejuvenate my smile. Jennifer the office manager met with me to explain the financial options. All of the above mentioned staff were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and made me feel great about choosing Aspen Dental. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Happy Valley!

It was the best dental experience I've had, Including my wisdom removal and my crowns. I had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed and 3 or more crowns placed and it was all nearly painless. The employees are all extremely polite to their patients aswell.
