Aspen Dental

My son came to our Ashtabula office to have a tooth with a cavity removed. The "doctor" pulled the wrong tooth. And ignored my son's request to leave the other teeth (double wisdom molars ) alone. And know they sent him an 2 additional bill. I would not recommend ASPEN DENTAL to a DEAD DOG!!!

Hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years (big mistake). 7 cavities that needed filled, cleanings that needed done, and wisdom teeth that needed extraction. I got a second opinion at happy smiles just to make sure, and they told me the exact same thing. It was originally going to cost me over $3,500 but they told me about the carrington plan which saved me a bundle (out the door for $1,800). After 6 visits (initial checkup / x-rays, cleaning, lower left cavities, upper right cavities, lower right cavities, and wisdom teeth extraction) I feel like I've got a pretty good handle on what goes on there. I was pleased with every bit of it. They answered all my questions, didn't pressure me into anything, and helped me figure out what I needed and what would fit my budget. Sure, dental work is expensive, but I've been pleased with the work they have done at Aspen.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I was SO anxious and worried (hadn't been to the dentist in a loooong time) and they were very kind, very informative, very thorough and there was absolutely no pressure at all to "buy" any financing packages. They told you exactly what you needed and the exact cost. They are a little expensive but I feel like I can trust them to do a great job. Will definitely keep this facility as my new dental office.

Great place where staff & Dr's are kind, friendly, professional, gentle, communication is excellent, helpful, and courteous. And I'm afraid of dentists, but not now, with Dr Jeff. I'm grateful for he & his wonderful staff!

Everyone I ever meet at Ashtabula Aspen Dental is friendly and willing to make your visit as pleasant as possible, from the receptionist to the Dentist.
