I would NOT recommend this dental practice. If it weren’t for the kind dentists, I would give this practice 1 star. The front desk is consistently unfriendly. Not so much as a hello, good morning, how are you, nothing. As another reviewer said, she’s been working there for years, so clearly her behavior is acceptable. The hygienists were all friendly and kind except for one, Kayleigh. I encountered Kayleigh 2 times in the span of a year or two I have 4 children. She tried to insist that my children go back without me. I was very firm with her, but she didn’t back down easily. Her attitude was outrageous. When I confronted the dentist about it with her present, he hemmed and hawed around the questions. He was kind, and I don’t necessarily blame him for not contradicting his hygienist in front of a patient. On top of all this, walking into their waiting room is like traveling back into the 70s or 80s. Very outdated, which seems not on par for a business located in a somewhat upscale community. I would not recommend this dental practice.
The entire team at West County Dental has been absolutely phenomenal to myself and my husband! The receptionist staff are accommodating, helpful, friendly, and above all else, kind. From the phone call to the appointment, they worked with our insurance flawlessly and found us appointments at the same time so we could both come in together. When we arrived at our appointment, the same courteousness and friendliness greeted us in person at the front desk. Super nice and knowledgeable. After a short wait, we met with our hygienists, I had Kayleigh and my husband had Breanna - and they were both amazing. Very kind, SUPER knowledgeable, and just very pleasant to be around while in the chair. When Dr Andryc came in, he was just as pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable. He helped myself and my husband feel at ease. Any question or concern you have, he's able to answer it with ease and explain it in a way where you can understand it easily. I can confidently say that this office earned themselves lifelong clients. The professionalism, kindness, and knowledge that the entire team had was amazing, I'm honestly shocked that they have anything less than 5 stars. Thank you Team West County Dental for everything that you do, we can't wait to see you in a couple months for our check-ups!
My family has been coming here since my kids were little. The Andrycs are great people, we use to see the dad and now his son. Dr. Kenton Andryc does wonderful, and cares about the patients. The new front desk girls are also very friendly.
Efficiently run, professional advice, willing to double check diagnosis, use electronic forms for questionnaire. After my third visit, no complaints. Accept a wider variety of insurance companies than others.
The worst, they were 1 hour and a half behind schedule and instead of telling everyone and us that to give us a choice to reschedule or wait ,they just make u wait .if u have kids don't bring them cuz if u have to tell ur kids to be quiet and they don't someone will have an attitude. Godforbid if u make sure ur kids r trying to sit still for 3 hours , . How r u mad for being behind schedule and not have any respect for patients coming in to at least tell them this important information. Then get mad cuz u over hear me talking to someone and u don't like it it's loud. Then to proceed to tell us to leave and go somewhere else while we r not even in ur office. Mind ur business and do ur job correctly and have some respect for the people that bring u business even with insurance 2, u want respect, give it and u shall receive it . Then I advise not going to this place, very rude , very unprofessional.
In my personal experience at west county dental I found the staff to be artists at the absolute top of their profession and everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistants to the doctors themselves seem to have a very good grasp on their duties and responsibilities would highly recommend
Great place and staff. Super timely, professional, and personable. Dr. Andryc and the rest of the office do great work. Best dentist I’ve been to in years.
Long time patient. Never had any problems on any visit. Kellie is very pleasant to work with! Highly recommend
My 10 year old had 2 extractions and a chain added to one side of her mouth last Friday. My daughter and I were both nervous especially after reading these reviews. I think everyone in the office was great. Every staff in the office was comforting, and professional. The surgeons assistant explained everything to us before her procedure, and her procedure went well. We are 4 days from the procedure day and I have no complaints. Anytime I had a concern they politely helped us, and they made my daughter and I comfortable.
They were great with my 3 year old. Friendly staff especially Kellie at the reception desk!
