Awful.... truly terrible. First of all my check-up lasted all of 30 seconds. When I noticed the dentist was leaving, I mentioned that a tooth was hurting, he pulled out the x-ray and said it was fine. What he didn't notice but he should have is that those x-rays where from over a year ago, something absolutely could have changed since then. Totally unprofessional. Then, the cleaning hygienist was convinced that I had gingivitis (which the dentist wasn't even sure about). She guilt-tripped me into getting an additional cleaning which ended up costing me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for literally just one additional cleaning. Without telling me what was on the bill was an oral-B toothbrush. Later in the conversation it came up that the oral-B people had been in that week. Very convenient time to push people with "gingivitis" to buy these toothbrushes. Plush the additional extensive cleaning that she said would be nearly an hour lasted all of 5 minutes. Not in any universe worth the >$200 dollars I had to spend. They then made an estimate of how much my insurance would cover, which was wrong TWICE so I had to continue paying. Mind you that this is a very common insurance that they have to deal with ALL of the time, shouldn't they have a better estimate of the cost. Additionally, when I got my wisdom teeth removed the oral surgeon said he would come back after the procedure to check on me but never did. I left after the oral-hygienist said I should go. They LITERALLY DID NOT GO OVER THE AFTER-CARE INSTRUCTION, just handed me a sheet that said them. This is the least professional establishment for dental care I could think of... DON'T GO HERE! EVEN IF IT IS THE ONLY PLACE YOUR INSURANCE TAKES GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not worth it, I assure you.

I know they seem convenient but do not make my mistake! Avoid! Abort!
Awful service. I have great dental coverage from Cornell and was still charged $100 for just the basic cleaning and Xrays, which is definitely covered 100% by insurance. Also, the first time you come in, you don't see a Dr. I waited an entire hour past my appointment time just to 'talk to someone' and get Xrays, had to come back to actually see a Dr. When I needed my prescription toothpaste filled, it took not one, not two, but FIVE phone calls to actually get them to send it to my pharmacy. It is not worth your time in the long run to go here - I've wasted time and $$ the last year fighting them on ever front.

If I could give this place a 0 star, I deff would! It's an absolute scam! The place isn't clean, doctors try to address as many problems as they can, just to get your money! I'm not coming back here ever again! Stay away

Not focused on patients at all. Went for a cleaning and they found two cavities and they walked me to the door. I had to ask what about the cleaning (they'll do it next time) and what about paying (do it later.) I came back and the dentist "didn't have time" to do the second filling so I had to make another appointment. They didn't tell me, again I had to ask the hygienist as she walked to the door. The dentist never introduced themselves and one had another person there he kept telling her to "try" doing things for the filling, like she was a student. But they never told me. Never going back.

Very misleading about what's "free". I called to ask specifically about pricing for a cleaning and was told an exam, X-rays, and cleaning would be covered. I'm new to the area and while I wasn't looking for anything free I was happy to take it.
False. I asked, several times, about whether it would be fully covered and was repeatedly told yes. They do X-rays, and the dentist comes in for a consultation that consisted of him telling me to come back for a cleaning. The cleaning itself is not free (although it's relatively cheap - less than $100). My husband and I walked out without making an appointment; the cleanings may be less expensive but my time is valuable and I was mad we'd been duped. You could not convince nice me they'd been anything other than intentionally misleading. They may be great but I'll never go back to find out.
No one was flat out rude, but it certainly didn't seem like any of the employees were happy to be there.
Also, if you're appointment is at 8, don't show up 15 minutes early as they tell you to. Doors don't open until 8.
