A lovely experience renting the modernized, roomy cottage in a great park. Boating, fishing lovely scenery and an incredible feeling of relaxation is what you get! Oh ya, the prices are better than fair! Have already booked for next summer. Thanx guys, looking forward to the bass, pike and Pickerel fish fry! Hmmm.
This was my FIRST and my LAST visit to this cottage rental! The hot water heater has been reported to the property managers. I have relit the gas water heater at least 5 times a day! My 4 day fishing trip has been one issue after another. I strongly advise anyone who is reading this review to NOT rent any cabins here. Your complaints have to be made via email that will be answered sometime between 24 to 48 hours! Yippee! I will be driving home when they answer my complaints! I gave 1 star because I couldn't give less! The office management building is always closed... The owners are missing in action!!
This is now called Ashton Park Estates, and the new name is fitting - the lot sizes are estate-like compared to the other 3 parks where we have had mobile homes. The "estates" are a peaceful, friendly place to spend your vacation, or your whole summer. Nicely treed, and beautifully manicured, it seems that everyone is proud of their site - no messy spots like we have seen in the other parks. The park committee is active, organizing events throughout the summer, and everyone we have met to date is very friendly. I haven't seen a better park in all of Ontario.
The absolute worst place to buy a model unit... The owners take $10,000 right of your sell price when you sell soo needless to say your out 10,000 or more .. Highly DO NOT recommend purchasing a model unit from this place..!!!!! You will regret it .!!!
