I am thrilled that I stopped in for a quick look before I settled up my purchase at another establishment. Tom greeted me and let me know he was there if needed. I appreciated that. When I saw there was a HUGE inventory- which I LOVED-I let him know what I was looking for so I could save some time. He brought me right to it! I was stunned as I had been to several other places and was going to settle on something that wasn’t perfect for my Home. He was helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all. He was genuine and caring. I left with some great pieces that I am excited about!! I am so glad I gave the store another look - it has completely changed from when it first arrived in Elk River- all of those years ago, it wasn’t a showroom like it is now- it is just a beautiful store with so many choices- all laid out to make it easier to make and complete your room. Tom and his team will listen and steer you to what you are looking for! The team has a glue about them- they get along well and tease one another- loved the whole experience. It was great furniture at a great price. I Highly recommend checking Ashley Furniture in Elk River out!

We were greeted by Hector right as we entered the store and he was so friendly! Tom also helped us find exactly what we came for. We purchased an entertainment center, twin bed and dresser. I was overly impressed with how everyone at the store took care of me and my budget. Tom always ensures that we are getting the best price and everything we purchased in the past has been great quality. I highly recommend shopping here over other stores! They also give military discount and price match!

Just bought a new dining room set, complete Living Room, and bed for our new home. Tom Smaby said hello when we walked in the door and offered to help when needed while my husband and I looked around. Tom didn't hover in the background but was near every time we had a question. Tom wasn't pushy at all either which was appreciated! It was a great furniture shopping experience! And I need to also mention the cost was excellent too! Thank you!

We had a great experience working with Tom Smaby after searching for weeks. Tom helped us find a sectional we could get down into our lower level, and even helped us search for a perfect leather sofa, when we felt our options were limited due to prices at other stores. The best part was Tom was such a pleasure to work with but gave us time to roam the store and let us come to him when we were ready. He even took a little extra time when we changed our financing option last minute! Our new "go to" place for any future furniture needs!

I can't say enough about the great shopping experience we had at Ashley Furniture Home Store in Elk River! We were never pressured at all, which made the entire buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. When you stop in, ask for Tom Smaby. Tom is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! We got some fantastic furniture at great prices - with exceptional customer service to boot!
