Horrible appointment keeping and poor customer service. I can't comment on the notary herself but the receptionist does a lousy job. I called and made an appointment 3 weeks in advance knowing when I'd be in town next and able to sign papers. The appointment was confirmed over the phone. I arrived for the appointment to find a sign on the door stating the office was closed due to illness. The door was open so I went in, not having received a phone call for a canceled appointment and wondering if it was a mistake. After I advised the receptionist I had an appointment she asked rudely "who are you" and flipped through the agenda book as if to show me there were no appointments for the day and then informed me they are not accepting appointments at all when I asked to reschedule. I am sorry if Ms. Asher is in poor health but allow the courtesy to your existing clients and inform them if their appointments are canceled and if they need to take their business elsewhere.

She has made ambiguous will. Got a family member to sigjn a will when he was not competant and wrote it up wrong. Judge said it was an ambiguous will. Never will i recomend her.
