Fantastic shop with very knowledgeable staff. They all especially Matt went above and beyond my expectations and were very meticulous when it came to small details. You can tell they know and like what they do... get people riding!!! Completely happy with my new bike purchase! Highly recommended!!!

As a summer snowbird, with lots of bike-shop experiences in Florida, I was pleasantly surprised and appreciate the great service here. Had trouble installing a new tire on an old-style vintage rim, very tight fit, and they did it for free though I got tires other day, very fast and professional. Def recommend for service, competence and friendliness.

My bike mechanic referred me to Ascension Vélo after sharing with him my desire for an endurance bike in the next few weeks. Though I haven't heard of that bike store before our discussion, I'm so glad that I did. Matt the owner was beyond excellent and generous of his time as he helped me looked at one of the endurance bike on the floor. I look forward in shopping for my next bike project at his store soon.

I have had excellent customer service from Ascension Vélo with all of my bike repairs. They are extremely honest, fair, and are fantastic technicians. I just purchased another Santacruz bike from them and couldn’t say more about the positive experience.
