Asabache Mexican Restaurant

Found this little gem on Yelp. It's down-to-earth good Mexican cooking! We enjoyed a small size avocado tostada, and found it huge! Plus rice and beans come with the combo plate. Great value.

It used to be good.. but the servo e was really slow and the food was cold but they did pay for the two kids meal to help satisfy us .. food tasted good, but that is the only good thing about it

Literally the worst food i have ever had we went there hoping to get some good carnita taco and it was the worst it wasnt cooked all the way the tortilla was in so much grease it looked like a drenched napkin , we try and take a couple bites we couldn't so we left the food and didnt even bother asking for a refund just poor food i wouldnt give my dog it, im gonna drive 30 min to salem then next time i want carnita taco rather than step in this dump dont watse ur time or money here

They have nice people that work there. The inside really needs a remodel it's very old and a much needed update. Portable heaters are used to heat the restaurant. The food is not very good it has definitely gone down hill. It use to be great back in 2000-2006. After we moved away and came back. Not sure what happened.

Went there the other day after it changed hands and the food was horrible, we couldn't even choke it down and the service was so slow. We went home and ate PB and Js.
