Great fudge to buy from this place. Very nice and generous client service. In this place you can find anything for a gift and don’t forget to buy fudge. They are home made.
I love that you are greeted by this funny looking old man statue by the door, and Berkley the Bear as you enter the store! Gifts and quality souvenirs are to be found here! As well as ice cream and fudge. There is a map on the wall with pins showing where in the world visitors have come from. A great selection of Rambo paraphernalia is on show!
Massive variety of gifts and other bits. The fudge is amazing and loads of flavours. If you are on the bead trail, pick up the unique bead here too.
Love the fudge. Pretty pricey though for the size. About the size of a Nanaimo bar for $7. Everything in the store is quite expensive. Cute stuff though. Nice and clean. Well organized. Nice ladies.
I was stuck in Hope due to vehicle troubles. Stopped in while wandering the town. The staff was super friendly and kind and the fudge was awesome. Even if you don’t buy, stop in just to chat and look around.
Wonderful owners bring in unique, amazing, functional and beautiful pieces to fill your home, your stomach and your heart. Thanks for the lovely job as always ladies :
My friend and her son were verbally violated by another customer around their skin colour and choice of clothing while just trying to purchase an ice cream for their son - WHILE - being in town on a work related endeavour educating the people of Hope on inclusion and systemic racism within their educational system. The customer that was being overtly and obviously racist was not reprimanded nor refused service which was the LEAST they could have done to address the situation. Her son 11 years old shared the name and location of the ice cream shop with me, that should send the message to anyone considering shopping here.
Lovely people! We bought a handmade hummingbird there and some keyrings. And of course we had to try there fudge! Our favourites have been the coconut delight, big foot and dark chocolate salted parline. They've been just amazing. But all 5 that we've got been really, really good! If we'll ever be in Hope again for sure we come back to this store! By the way the keyrings look amazing at our backpacks and the bird is protecting our car as it's now below our rear-view mirror. Thanks a lot, we had a great time in your store!
First time going to this store, its for sure an experience, beautiful displays, the fudge is to die for! Staff are so friendly and take time to have a little chat! My friend Brenda took me there and I will for sure go back when I visit Hope again.
Very disappointed. I walked in after reading the sign on the door, nothing about a mask, but only 7 people allowed at a time. They were empty except for me and the cashier owner? I have a mask in my bag, I feel comfortable and am looking for a gift to buy. I hear the lady talking loudly on the phone about rude people who walk into the shop without a mask. She was really mad and saying that they need to put a sign up on the door. I looked over at her talking very loudly into the phone over all the fudge. She was not wearing a mask. I walked out and will never go back. Very sad
