Artisan Noodle

The biang biang noodles were an interesting change of pace from the Lanzhou beef hand-pulled noodles that I usually get. Overall, I liked the variety of toppings in the noodles. The Shuan appetizer was pretty good, strong peanut and sesame flavour.

Had the Xian combo which was delicious. For the price and food it’s not bad. Some of the other appetizers can start to add up and cost you some money. Otherwise, stick to the recommended stuff on the menu and you won’t be disappointed. I highly suggest for a hearty lunch.

Owner asked to pay only Cash even during pandemic. I insist to pay with debit, then I got charged 2 dollars “processing fee”. I ordered through delivery app, and cashier said price is different if I don’t pay cash two dollars more, not 25 cents as indicated by owner!.
