My daughter and I visited the store on the morning of Monday 30th April and we were very disappointed by the customer service. As we walked in the young woman working there looked us up and down and very obviously whispered something to her coworker. We were not offered any assistance while in the store at all. As we left my daughter said goodbye and wished the two workers a pleasant day to which the reply was "yup". My family and I are all avid hikers and have experienced quite a few "outdoors" stores but this definitely wasn't a pleasant experience.

This place has a great selection of outdoor equipment and are probably the only retailer in town to carry Osprey. The sales associate here was super friendly and helpful and aided me in picking out the perfect pack for the trails. I will be back!
