Winners is a nice store where your never sure whats gonna be in the isle your looking at, when I was there, the scanner at the door kept going off and they had to try 3 times to leave haha, everyone was laughing at the weirdness of it but it happens at the end of the day some times

Nice, clean, organized. Lots of selection. Prices are getting on the high side so you need to know your stuff to get the best deals.

First all I will say I’m very mad at this business. The workers y’all hire are absolutely dishonest. I got this onesie at winners for my puppy a few weeks ago and apparently the person who was serving me charged me not the right price it was supposed to be $16.99 but I was charged $22.99 turns out the person put in her own $3 tip without me knowing fixed up the receipt to make it look like it was the original price. and when I went to go return it cause it didnt fit my pup correctly they couldn’t do anything cause the onesie had no tag and they said they won’t give me my money back cause it’s not the correct price even though I was told I can return it with the receipt but apparently the manger I guess she was said there is no proof and I’m lying and it’s a different receipt to something else which it is not. Check your stupid cameras to see that i purchased it at that exact date and time with the onesie. they gave me a $19 gift card and even asked for my ID and stuff I’m so upset, do better and fire that worker cause that was a horrible thing I can barely afford to get stuff I’m a young adult getting by with minimal wage for my puppy and me. A gift card does not solve anything.

Always great customer service with friendly staff and bonus they have returned the Pet Friendly service…. Yessss I Love Winners
