We gave over $7000.00 deposit and Ryan & Jessica Webb didn’t show up upon numerous calls, e-mails and texts. I also went to there door and talked & they assured me that he would show on a specific time & day & didn’t. We now have a Court order & collection agency to try to get our money back to no avail. We had to get our roof repaired by another company since as we had plastic on to prevent water intrusion. Deposit was given 1year & 3 months ago. Numerous attempts to settle & still no response.Service: Roof installation

They took $800 of my mother's money, who is on a fixed pension of $925 per month to fix her leaking skylight. All he did was fill up an area around the sides of the skylight with a tube of Silicon. He did not fix the leak and it wrecked her new kitchen cabinets counter top and tile back splash. When I phoned about it, his wife said it was only a temporary fix and would correct the problem if we spent more money. This was never mentioned when he first apparently fixed the leak. HE DID NOT SAY IT WAS TEMPORARY!!! When confronted on the fact that we could see all they did was silicon around the skylight a 15 minute job at best there was excuse after excuse that they would come to fix it. So $800 buys a very expensive tube of silicon!!! Then they would never answer my other calls and ignored all the messages I had left them. NEVER came back to correct the bad job! DISHONEST!!!! I wish I could give NO STARS as a review. BE WARNED HE'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FIX A THING

Had my shingles replaced and an old chimney removed this week. The job came in as quoted and was completed quickly. My property was kept clean during the job and left spotless after. The owners and roofers were friendly and the communication was great. The whole neighbourhood likes my new roof. Thank you. P. S. Its raining today and it's all looking good.

On time, on budget, and professional. There was a mis-communication about the installation of roof vents and they came back same-day to install two more. They left my yard clean and nail free, and even moved and covered up some patio furniture and pots so they couldn't be accidentally damaged if anything fell off the roof. I love my new roof and would use arrowsmith again.

Thank-you very much for your promptness . The leak is gone !!!! I am very impressed with Arrowsmith Roofing. There are not many companies that would want to work outside on Sunday when it is raining. Thanks again!

Don’t give this company a deposit!! They will screw you around and you they will try to keep it!
