I stumbled across Arrowsmith Mtn Cycle today while in Parksville, and am so glad I did! We had fantastic service - friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased 5 recreational, beginner bikes for my business, and am really pleased with the variety of having cruisers in a store that also has top-of-the-range mountain bikes. Special thanks to Jay who helped us choose from the many colors with lots of patience.

Love my Giant bike I bought from Arrowsmith last year. Got my free tune-up from the great guys there today. I'm now ready for my daily ride to Coombs Old Country Market ....as soon as it opens again for the year...and as soon as the weather warms up.

Awesome experience at Arrowsmith bikes! The staff were very personable and attentive to my needs. Being a relatively new rider I had a lot of questions and concerns. I was initially overwhelmed with the large selection of bikes. However, they were patient and informative. After demoing three bikes I fell in love with my Women’s Trek Remedy. Thanks guys!

This is the place to go for what ever kind of biking your into. I bought my daughters bike there, great experience! I get my xc bike tuned up once a month and it's always great service and pricing. My wife also takes her antique town cruiser in for its yearly tune up. Thanks guys.
