Grossly unprofessional, I'm a father working on trying to be in my daughters life and they literally treated me like scum. I first called after doing some research on local lawyers in the area - I found one on their site that I thought would be a solid fit based on credentials. Called to introduce myself and inquire about services then was put on a lengthy hold, someone answered and then asked if i had a consultation or not then put me on another hold - then my lunch break ends. Got some time today to reach out, was very chill though had expressed my concern with the difficulty in getting started with them. She assumed I had been served with papers, simply stated I'm trying to serve them and she shut me down saying I had an attitude and it wouldn't be a good fit. Bruh... I wonder if I was the mother had they treated me nicer? weirdo energy - dont waste your time
I can't say much for anyone else but beth and Kasey, because I never associated with them. But for the two of them I'm not in jail and happy about that. Thanks guys.
Called to schedule appt and I finally gave up and went with another attorney. The guy who answered the phone was very nice and professional was apologetic the second time I called. Might be good at what they do, I just didn't want to wait forever. Time sensitive.
Mr Arneson is an excellent Attorney. Thorough, concise and dedicated. He has represented me with vigor, enthusiasm and I find him to be truly concerned with my wellbeing. Straight shooter, without a doubt, applying his wealth of experience in handling and defending my case. Extremely supportive and caring to this Combat Veteran. I would highly recommend Mr Arneson in a "hot second".
Was referred however in my opinion secretary screens calls and doesn't pass messages due to I'm assuming to personal interests
