They never shipped out my ring. When I called the number on the website it was disconnected. I even tried calling the local number with no answer. Update: I finally received a email from the company 5 days after I sent it and tried to call. The told me they were in the middle of a move and they were delayed because of it. They told me they would finish the ring the next day and send it out. The ring was finished and sent to me overnight at their expense. It arrived the next day and the quality is excellent. Because of the delay and lack of Communication I couldn't give them 5 stars.

The customer service i received here was amazing. Some of the best ive ever experienced. The rings i ordered were perfect, exactly as ordered, and right on time. The reps i spoke with worked around shipping (i had some plans change on my end and needed them quicker) they were prompt and helpful. Thanks!
