Office is very pleasant. However, a simple procedure as fillings were not done well. Both of my kids had numerous cavities. Fillings keep falling out, went back numerous times to be fixed. Not sure if ever 100% fixed. They got tired of having to keep going back and having to pay again. Not sure why we had to pay when it was their error of not doing right the first time. Now some time later both have major teeth issues and fillings are still falling out. I've never heard of fillings falling out this much before.

I had dental implants about 8 years ago. I wish now that I had contested the billing further. I had to pay out of pocket for the oral implant with bone graft surgery including an ansthesiologist which was in excess of $15,000. When the bill was submitted to my insurance, my medical and dental paid about 50%. I did not receive reimbursement. When confronted, I was told that the money was put toward procedures that were not billed to my insurance. I contacted my insurance company but I had signed a statement allowing Arlington Dental to receive payments. When Arlington Dental submitted the claim, they failed to post money that they had already paid. The entire reimbursement went to them which in reality is "double billing" and is unethical according to the rules set forth by the ADA. Sorry I did not report then at the time.

I came in with a tooth pain on my back tooth. Figured out that my gum was infected and they wanted to extract my back tooth. When I stated I did not want it done they told me my insurance covered it. I told them thats nice i still want my original tooth. I asked what other options i could have besides extraction. The last choice was antibiotic for my inflamed gum around the tooth. So she wrote me out a script and told me that I was still need to have my tooth extracted. Needless, to say I never came back! I got a second opinion and had my xrays picked up were asked me to come back for cleanings I asked them for my x-rays to show the next dentist. My advice, Do not use them unless you want an unnecessary tooth extracted because its covered by your insurance. No thanks!!!!
