I think staff not trained well or part of a company's policy to  keeping everything under the table not telling all the information to customer unfortunately worst ever service I had from this travel agency stuff very rude unpleasant I think as a quality 1 Star too many should be negative 5

So weak customer servise, they offer more expensive flight tickets with high their commission.
