Archer dental is the best dentist I've been to! All the staff inspired a lot of confidence with their expertise and approach to delivering care and also created a very friendly environment. I never felt like I was being up-sold to, and the guidance from the dentist and hygienist about how best to prevent potential cavities/gum issues were really helpful.  Lala, the hygienist was so thorough and especially excellent.

Always a great experience. Professional and friendly staff, exceptionally clean clinic, and great dentistry skill from all.  I went to them first years ago because of that "we will pay you to go to the dentist" campaign that was around on social media, but happily stayed with them because of the experience!!

I enjoyed my experience so much with this dental office! The staff is so great and they do everything to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They even have a very sweet office emotional support dog! Would highly recommend!

I hadn't been to the dentist in way, way too long, partially because of avoidance. The team totally took the fear out of my first visit. Usually I just go in and let whatever needs to happen, but they really set my mind at ease. Dr. Valiushka was friendly, but also really thorough and walked me through things step-by-step, gave me options, let me ask lots of the questions, and I actually felt like part of the plan we put together for next steps. So glad I took my friend's advice and gave them a try for my first time back to the dentist, thanks ADR!

I love Archer Dental! First of all, the office itself is very modern, comfortable, and clean. Secondly, the staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional! Finally, the entire experience at Archer Dental almost seems like it was meticulously planned to be as efficient and comfortable as possible. The automatic appointment email reminders, hot towels after a cleaning, large display screens while you're being seen: all this and more makes Archer Dental the best!

They were good when I first went 5 years ago.  Then came a series of misleading invoices and clumsy hygienist blunders.  I came *VERY* close to filing a formal complaint.  The most egregious example was when I got a nightguard.  I was always explicit that I need both upper and lower I am a heavy grinder, but the price estimate they quoted me was actually only for a single one.  I was then unexpectedly charged double the amount.  They explained that quoted price was only for 1 nightguard, but then that was misleading.  There is no reasonable way they could have not known I'd be getting both upper and lower.  Not only did they sell me my original 2 nightguards from years before which I was trying to replace.  But also, at the appointment I was always explicit that I'd need both upper and lower.  They would be taking new casts for upper and lower, just as before.  Thus, there is no reasonable way they could've incorrectly quoted me the price of just 1 mouthguard.  The other issues are better described as incompetent blunders, such as a hygienist who was downright clumsy.  But the invoice thing is my main issue, and was closer to fraud.  I came VERY close to filing a complaint, and if I had more spare time I would have.  If they want me to edit this Google review, they can reimburse me the cost of 1 of the nightguards, matching the cost estimate that I believed I'd be paying when they quoted me the original estimate.

I found Archer Dental through Open Care and all of the staff have been super friendly, accommodating  patient and thorough since my very first visit. At previous dentist locations I felt like I was always being upsold, looking for a new reason to charge me for something, but the staff at Archer have been very transparent in what I do and don't need. Got my wisdom teeth removed and the staff were amazing at calming my anxiety. Didn't put me to sleep, instead gave me laughing gas. We're completely transparent that the needles would be the worst part and let me watch Friends on Netflix the entire time. The dentist even gave me his personal mobile number while going on vacation incase I had any concerns.

Exceptional care with intuitive sense of client/patient needs. Friendly and professional. You actually feel good when leaving the office.

I've been going to Archer Dental for a few years now and have always had a wonderful experience with them. . From the booking process to the treatment everything is very smoothly organized, making sure you get the attention and treatment you need. The cleaning service is really top-notch !!Shoutout to Izzy who did a fantastic job! He was thorough, warm and kind. I have sensitive teeth / gum and he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was constantly checking if I felt any discomfort which I wasn't at all!. He is an easy person to chat with and very knowledgeable.. best dental hygienist I've ever had!! Highly recommended!!
