I have been a client of Midtown Dental for over 20 years -- and there is a VERY good reason for that. The team is friendly, professional and helpful, and the quality of the dental work I have received from cleanings to crowns has never been anything less than exemplary! Dr. Ramlaggan takes pride in his work and on a personal note has a sense of humour when working with you, which alleviates any anxiety or tension -- as some people have when dealing with the dentist. Most notably, I have never been pressured into having work done that isn't anything but necessary... which is probably the most important thing to me personally. There is a good reason why I have stayed with Midtown Dental for all this time -- and it's the same reason why I wouldn't think of even going anywhere else....
The whole team at Midtown Dental are so friendly and helpful! They really take the time to get to know you, and are always willing to go above and beyond for their patients. Everyone is so knowledgeable and skilled, and take care of you in a timely and efficient manner. I've had consultations with numerous orthodontics , but I choose to go with Midtown Dental because of how passionate and thorough Dr. Ramlaggan and the rest of the team is about dentistry. I highly recommend Midtown Dental to everybody! You're in the best hands!
Best dental service ever! I use to hate going to the dentist but now look forward to my appointments at Midtown Dental. The whole team is so kind and helpful in every way! They really take the time to get to know you and always go above and beyond with their service and care. I recently was fitted for a sleep appliance from their recommendation and my quality of sleep has already greatly improved because of it. I recommend midtown dental to everybody, especially those who have any hesitations/anxieties of going to the dentist.
Dr. Ramlaggan is the best! I’m always amazed when I enter Midtown Dental with the great people and awesome ambience that welcome us in. Both of my kids had their braces done here. The entire process of introducing them to the concept when they were just getting started and finally to the day when they were taken off the braces to building a lovely picture perfect lovely smile for both of them is a great achievement for the Midtown dental team. I highly recommend this dentistry to my friends and family! The awesome warm folks who I was lucky to deal with were Dr. Ramlaggan, Gloria, Lucy, Alexia, Donny, Cindy, Stephanie, Zara, Larissa and Indira.
Their staff is very skilled, and they were willing to explain to me the whys and when about the procedures I had. I am a regular in this clinic for 4 years and I've done major surgeries such as removing all my wisdom teeth. I'm very happy with the level of care and attention of Dr. Vasant and the administrative team, in particular Alexia.
I've been a client of Midtown Dental for more than 10 years; the staff has always been very professional and courteous. Dr Ramlaggan is hands down the best dentist I have dealt with. I have showed up a few times with emergencies and they have promptly resolved them. Highly recommended.
Gloria was super helpful and made my recent visits more enjoyable I needed new retainers. I also only see Zara for my hygiene appointments because she’s so great at calming my nerves. Alexia is always helpful at the front too!
Midtown Dental is a Life changing experience for anyone who has dental anxiety, has had a horrible, painful or terrifying experience with a dentist. I was unable to go into a dentist office with being sedated and was always extremely emotional from anxiety and fear. I was referred to Dr. R as I required extreme dental work on the entire row of my top teeth. Needless to say I was terrified and had not been able to smile with confidence in months. With the assistance of midtown Dental’s exceptional staff, excellent service, and amazing work. Dr. R and his team gave me back my smile and my confidence. Still remember how scared I was of going to the dentist till I found this dental practice. An amazing place with a wonderful and talented team who take care of all your needs in a timely, patient and efficient manner. Top-notch medical care at a convenient location with the added benefit of enjoyable conversations with the lovely staff.
I’ve been going here for over 15 years. My kids go here too now. Dr. Ramlaggan is a perfectionist and extremely thorough. The staff is really friendly and they make us feel at home. My kids are never nervous when they come for their appointment. They even have a treasure chest for the kids when they’re done. We’re happy here:
