Arcadia Transmission

Best service I've ever had. My transfer case failed and my drive shaft was damaged. Arcadia took my truck in right away and I was back on the road in 2 days. I asked how it was possible for them to finish so quick and Alex told me he made me a priority seeing as I had a commercial vehicle and downtime is expensive. I'm very grateful. My truck runs like a champ and he's my guy now. I also ended up paying $100 less than my estimated price. Seriously? Thanks Alex! I really appreciate you helping me out.

It's common in the automotive world to provide an invoice that has a breakdown of everything done.. including ALL parts, shop supplies labour etc. Here they just give you an end written price, so you have no idea what actual repair took place and what was needed and how the cost breaks down.

had advertisements for free diagnostics and estimates yet would not realease the vehicle until I had paid. also refused to give estiamtes in writing. I was told it was too much work.

1. Didn't quote me a price, just took my car apart and told me I had to pay this to put it back together. 2. Did not give me a price breakdown of how much the part cost or how much time it took 3. Did not update me at all on my vehicle, had to call in myself and organize picking it up myself 4. Had other concerns on my car but ignored my request on looking into them 5. Misdiagnosed a grinding noise I had in my vehicle. Went to another shop to fix it 6. Horrible service, spent over $2500 and still was not polite to me Overall I went to authroized dealership and I told them about my situation and they told me they would have done all the work i got done for 300 cheaper + they would have washed my car and gave me parts warranty if anything were to break. Not coming here agian nor will I recommend anyone to come

alex is a very honest and straight forward guy, my go to guy for transmission troubles, never let me down.
