Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

This review has nothing to do with the food served here or the building. It isn't even really about the employees that you interact with when you step up to the counter to order, they have been courteous, helpful, and fantastic. This is about the kitchen staff. My wife and I have been here multiple times, all visits in the late in evening, and each time I have the same complaint against the kitchen staff; they are too loud, and so their "conversation" is missing any sense of professionalism. I don't feel like any manager (or employee, for that matter) would be pleased to know that those discussions of personal life are being shared at that volume with paying customers.

As good as any Arby's out there. I love the classic roast beef, curly fries, French dip, and shakes. Always good, much better than must fast food places.

Always friendly. Typically fairly fast service. Process are a bit high though for a fast food joint.

Good food. Not so nice staff. I was flipped off in the drive through by an employee "I believe because my music may have been to loud?" But I'm not to sure why.

Food is always good and staff is nice, except for this dude who picked his nose for a solid half hour while we ate. We were mortified to see him put on a Arby’s hat and red apron and go back to work!!!!
