Staff is incredibly friendly. I went here because I'm on Keto, and the gentleman who took my order made sure it was correct and even gave good advice to help me on my diet. Food was fantastic, I left feeling incredibly satisfied. As far as Atmosphere, it is a fast food restaurant, but I would much rather sit inside at Arby's than many of the fast food joints near by. All in all, a wonderful experience.
Ordered buffalo sliders and the employees taking the order talk over you and rush you through so they mess up. Buffalo sliders and cheesy peppers don’t sound anything alike.
The drive thru attendant is always nice. The food is hit or miss because a lot of times it is cold. On a couple of a occasions I saw people touching and picking at there face then head towards the back. I then had to wonder were these folks washing there hands or just going to fill my order. That destroys an appetite and leaves pause for concern.
As long as the little shift leader girl is not at the grill then your food is safe. Otherwise, I wouldn't trust this branch whatsoever. Has the best manager I've known, but that doesn't make up for not feeling safe eating food being made by a rude, vindictive, bold face liar. I gave away my $25 gift card because I don't trust that evil girl being in control of my food. No telling what she has or will do to someone she hated right off the bat as I was being friendly about my online order. Even as the only Arby's in town, I highly recommend finding something else. If you check my reviews, this kind of review is extremely rare for me to leave. But I believe food safety is crucial and would not be consistent in all my reviews if I didn't warn of the danger of eating there. How they let her at the grill after I showed proof of her lying, being told by the district manager she won't be touching my food again, she was right there at the grill making my food. Sickening. If you don't care what a vindictive employee may put in your food, then this Arby's is for you.
This Arby's is clean and well run. The food is delicious. I am disappointed that they discontinued the chicken salad with pecans; that was my favorite. I am also disappointed that they stopped baking the salted caramel chocolate chip cookies in house. Those were just delectable. The bakery packaged cookies they've been replaced with aren't nearly as good; they just taste like grocery store bakery fare. Please consider bringing those two examples of pure goodness back!
I LOOOOVE Greek food, and their Greek gyro tastes AS GOOD AS you'd get at a mom & pop Greek restaurant. The staff is always SO NICE! I usually use the drive-thru window, which is always staffed with incredibly friendly, polite, helpful people. Their soft drink mix is perfect and their shake machine is never out of order. Definitely recommend.
Fresh drinks, FINALLY SOME WHERE FOR THIS! awesome staff, great customer experience. Would recommend, very warm place. Come here if you want to find a place you never want to leave.
Food's good most of the time I go there, but they tend to mess up orders. Asked for *greek meat* gyros recently and they gave us gyros with roast beef meat instead. I know it's an option to switch the meat, but we didn't ask for that, and they didn't tell us that they were switching it, so it kinda feels like they ran out of the meat we wanted and just thought we wouldn't notice. Also they wouldn't pick up the phone, which has me thinking they're understaffed.
We got the wrong food, but ate it anyway. It was gross Was supposed to be regular roast beef but it had cheddar sauce all over it. They weren't even busy. Human error. No worries. Kid-friendliness: There was no one else there
The food is fine, and the service is fine. The sauce game and coupon game is on point, though. Also, the gyro is too good to be in a fast food joint, tbh.Food: 4/5
