New steak sandwich looks big and awesome the picture on the drive through sign. In reality it is about 3 inches long and flat and soggy. Taste was mediocre at best. Save yourself some money don't buy it.
Ordered two burger combos. Got home and there was only one in the bag. Three people working and they couldn’t get this simple order correct. Spent $16 and got ripped off. Will never go back.
I ordered 2 classic roast beef. The top part of the bun was burned black on the inside. Virtually inedible. I’m having intestinal issues after eating here. Doubt I will go back.
Found a rest that I will not be returning to in mason city. Worst arbys Ever!!!! My roast beef sandwich looked like shredded beef. Fell out of first bun, took that one back and they gave me one jusy like it with a Mega attitude. And it was cold. Last time here.
My family eats ALOT of Arby's! The best Mozz sticks !!! The other day we went through the drive thru and had a couple of Oops with our order. So I called and let them know about it and they took my info and said they would send something to make it right. Being me I figured ya right. It will never happen and forgot about it. Today a letter showed up apologizing for the inconvenience and with a free meal card! Arby's thanks for the follow through! Very rare thing anymore!

Always enjoy roast beef sandwich. Ordering & food delivery can be slow and varies from fairly quick to quite slow due to short staff and time of visit. Have not seen much eat in business but quite a bit of drive through particularly at noon and 4:30 to 6 pm.
Super expensive. If I'm gunna spend 15 bucks on dinner for myself I will go to a restaurant and have a real dinnerFood: 5/5
Customer service aspect was a five star. Wait time was a 2 star. Food quality was only a 2. I got roast beef and it was cut thicker than normal and I didn't particularly like that and the sandwiches were not hot
Couple times I have not had good experiences there. I thought I'd wait to review but it continues to not be good. Today I ordered food for $9.30. When I got to the window the lady handed me the food. I had cash in my hand and she immediately took the food back out of my hands and make the "gimme" gesture with her hands. She didn't even say anything and had an annoyed look on her face the entire time. I gave her $10.05 because I wanted 3 quarters back for something. She *loudly* spoke to her co-worker, "I don't know why this lady thinks she can give me a nickel. I'm gonna just give it back." She handed me two quarters, two dimes, and the nickel just to be spiteful. She said, "You didn't need to give me the nickel because your just going to get it back." At this point I was frustrated so I just drove away without making a sassy remark back. She had short dark hair and didn't smile once the entire encounter. To top it all off, they got my order wrong and didn't give me a straw for my drink.... that was today 1-4 around 10am.
