The hours at this location is crazy you never know when they are going to be open. On a positive note the food is always good and fresh . I do however get the wrong order time to time or the wrong fries . I tried the new Diablo chicken and its pretty good . The bun is a little weird but flavor is good stuff !
The floor was so sticky was like walking on gym floor, squeeky. My fish sandwich was gooy breading around the edges, not a good taste at all. Also we had a brisket sandwich, very bland no taste. Will not be back, doors were filthy inside and out. District manager needs to do a better job at their job!!Food: 1/5
The food was good, but I ordered it on the app but was told I couldn't pick it up through the drive-through when I got there. Staff was more worried about talking with each other than getting work done and taking care of guests.Food: 3/5
The grilled octopus salad is a must try! Paired with a bottle of light red wine, the delicate flavor of the cephalopod isn't overpowered by it's subtle notes. The atmosphere and service at this venue is spectacularly cultured. Great for wedding after-parties. Be sure to tip the valet!Food: 5/5

DO NOT order the Carmel Cinnamon shake at this location... Waited forever in drive thru, ordered 4 cinnamon carmel shakes. Drove away only to find out they made the wrong shakes - they had coffee flavored jamocha syrup in them instead of carmel. Turned around and went inside to have them remade and was told they were made right... we we absolutely wrong. They said they couldn't be made any different and after alot of huffing and puffing with eye rolling, they eventually refunded the money. We drove 20 minutes to the next Arby's and got the correct shakes - WITH CARAMEL.
Nice experience. Staff was polite and courteous.. The air conditioning was out and was apparently out for a few days so it was very very hot inside the restaurant to sit and eat there. The floor could have used a sweep and the tables could have used a quick wipe down but other than that it was a good experience.

Pretty sure I've been getting takeout from this Arby's since I was a child. In the past few years, the food is always good. Chicken is crispy, curly fries are fresh, drinks aren't flat. There's usually a good special sandwich on the menu or an interesting drink item loved the root beer float option this past summer. Only problem is is that I cannot remember in my last 10 orders where something wasn't wrong with the actual order itself. Wrong menu items, wrong toppings, wrong sizes of drinks or sides, no napkins, no straws, adding ice when asked for no ice, etc.. Sometimes its not even bad, like getting a large fries when we asked for small, but it cuts both ways. It's kind of a gamble but the food has never been bad, cold or not fresh. Probably better off dining inside if you want to make sure you get the right order though.
