Went to this Arby's during a trip. Went through the drive thru when they were not busy at all. I got a wrap meal with crinkle fries and a soft drink. The soft drink barely had any syrup in it like the bib was out and needing to be changed. The fries were old and stale. And my the turkey in my wrap had a very strong smell, out of the norm. Pretty bad experience. Ended up only eating half of my wrap and honestly should've probably thrown the whole meal out to be on the safe side. Disappointing,.. I love Arby's
Literal best experience with arbys ever! We just went through the drive through, but the service was amazing and fast, our order was correct, and it was the best food I've had from arbys in years.And I eat at arbys more than almost any other placeFood: 5/5
To update my review- the food is getting a little better and the cistoner service is a little better too. When we went here the other day we spent 30$ between 2 of us and they stacked it into one bag, and my husband went to get out of the car at home and the bottom of the bag fell out and all the food was all over his lap! I was able to call the manager and she did replace my food that was in the bag only. So the soad my husband crunched while trying to catch the bag was a loss but oh well. The second bag almost did the same thing!! I found the issue to be the french dip meat had been slopped onto the sandwich and was put into the bottom of the bag and then tge moisture ruined the bottom of the bag. But I was very happy they replaced it
Worst Arby's I've ever been too. Missing food. Nothing the way it was ordered. Extremely over priced. Tea taste like water with food coloring. Just go to wendys next door

I got an email from Arbys complaining that I didn’t write a review…apparently a 3 star rating wasn’t good enough. Big box chains are a joke…let’s face it the only reason we go to them Is for convenience….the food certainly isn’t good. It just provides sustenance when out and about and don’t have time or want to cook ourselves!!!
I really enjoy their food. I had Greek Gyro and a Mint chocolate shake. It was very filling and the staff was friendly.
I've never been an Arby's shopper. I've really discovered you over the past few months and have found that your food is excellent and your service outstanding. I visited the Evanston restaurant on Thursday, Jun 23rd at about 9pm. The shift manager, could not have been more pleasant and professional. I had the two for $6 menu with chicken sandwich and a beef sandwich. Both were hot and tasty. Its becoming my new favorite fast food restaurant in town now! Thank you. Truly a great experience.5/5
Clean restaurant, nice staff, and good food!
It was clean, too slow for a fast food place, and the fries were dried and really cold.
