A quiet neighbourhood cafe with old-fashioned high standards. Excellent Arabesque coffee and Lebanese pastries. Owner likes chatting, classical music and jazz - ask for a selection, he may well put it on for you. In patio season, the tables outside are nice. Old world charm in the New world!
Finally, I found a place where I can enjoy great lamb. I went here yesterday for lunch after looking at the lovely furniture arrangement. Am I glad I did that . The person running to place is very hospitable and loves to serve you great food. The food is so simple, mixed with the right amount of ingredients and not over done.
What can I say. This is my favourite spot in the city. I recommend trying the Arabesque Coffee, and the Shish Kebab. Fresh delicious food & flavours, soothing atmosphere and sincere owner. So glad I found this place, I could stay here forever. If you are looking for something unique, you’ve found it !
What can I say... fresh yummy food and very reasonable and... the owner is a nice caring gentleman. Something about this place makes me feel good. Baklavas are really good, too. But my fave is the owner running this place for 16 years I wish he were my grandpa.
Amazing food! The Kibbeh sandwich is unique. Many sweet treats and blood of a pigeon tea. Def coming back again.
Charming place with amazing food, and great genuine service.
Delicious falafel, and very friendly service. Lucky the bird was also a pleasant side note to my visit
Had falafel wrap, was made with care, from the kind and generous owner. Definitely will visit again. Thank you Sir !
This cozy middle eastern cafe is a hidden gem. The kind and gentle owner along with the calm ambience and the authentic cuisine makes this place a must visit. Try the sheesh kabab sandwich with honey tea. The owner also threw in a baklava for good measure
