Purchased the Easy Green Fertilizer and I couldn't be happier. The service was impeccable, Cory is very professional and always goes a step beyond the average. The product itself is even better! I have NEVER been able to grow plants in my 10 years of fishkeeping, but watch a few of Cory's videos and add the recommended dose of Easy Green. . . MY PLANTS ARE FINALLY GROWING!!! AND I HAVE LESS ALGAE THAN BEFORE!! I didn't think it would be possible but miracles do happen y'all.

I have not had the honor to go to the store yet; but I do order my major supplies for my fish room via website. Extremely impressive to me just how fast my orders are shipped. I ordered well over $200 in supplies on Black Friday weekend. I repeat "on Black Friday weekend"! I received my orders on Monday less then 3 days after order was placed. They post office hadn't even told me they were on location yet. I found out through aquarium co-op email! My shipping questions are always responded in super fast time and in friendly but professional manner! My only issues with shipping has been from the post office themselves; but aquarium co-ops team makes it well worth it. I feel protected and I know if need be they would do right by me. Great service. Ordered on the Saturday after Thanksgiving at 2:15 pm and expected it to ship on Monday, but it was shipped that day and was delivered on Monday. Can't get any faster than that. Only ordered hard goods this order, but have ordered plants in the past and they all arrived in great condition. Will be ordering more from them in the future. Also, just received a hand written thank you card in the mail. Great touch.

Great online service and fast shipping! When I received my most recent package, there was a hand drawn fish on the box. It was a cute touch! I love that I can learn about proper fish care on the store's podcast and YouTube channel, then purchase the recommended products online. Thanks for all your hard work!

I haven't physically been to the store they're in Washington and I'm not but I do place orders with them. I love them. they are quick to fill the order and get it out. I get my orders in three days, barring the holidays. but their products are great. I've had no problems and I don't really forsee any. I love their videos on Youtube, they are very education and the owner is just a nice guy. He is very honest.
