I called because my daughter accidentally smashed my glass stove top. He was completely upfront and honest with me saying that yes he could fix it but the parts are just way more expensive than the stove is worth. He recommended me buying a new stove which was $50 more than the price of the repair. I am in the service industry myself and I was so very impressed with him actually caring about his customers and not just trying to make money. I will recommend him to everybody and if I could give more than 5 stars then I would. Way to go appliance doctor!

Called to report a sick dishwasher. He offered me the option to just fix it over the phone for free. I accepted. It worked. Never even got to meet him. I imagine he's a very nice person...

I found Bernie to be a wonderful and personable repair man who performed an excellent job on our appliances. Definitely would recommend him and his services
