Amazing staff front and back. They sell and service computers, do business to business IT services and product sales, office furniture, stationary, cameras, printers and more. Will always come back for the hometown feel and great customer service!
Was having overheating issues with a gaming PC. Had new parts installed and the workmanship was excellent and took less than 2 business days. Absolutely recommend not just for repairs, but other office/home needs.
I will never use this store again. I have had original art copied here. The colour printers are terrible. They have no settings to adjust and the copies look nothing like the originals. You will be charged for every test page even if you intend to throw them out. The service is not professional and the staff do not care if their copies are not up to par! Luckily I found two other great print shops in town!
The team at Microage Basics in Goderich are the GREATEST! I have an older computer that was shutting down on me every 20 minutes. They went way beyond to help me get this older thing running again and saving me from having to buy a new computer ! Thank you to everyone at Microage Basics in Goderich
I cannot begin to thank the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to fix my computer for me... I am a senior down with pneumonia and not able to get out... The technician came to my home and fixed my computer knowing I wasnt able to bring it in myself.. The first class service and friendliness I received on the phone made me realize that there are wonderful people that are willing to help seniors and not just sweep us under the carpet...I give MicroAge in Goderich a 5 star for their service and the staff are a 10+ and priceless... thank you all again so so much
It is a great place to shop. The staff were very helpful and the selection matched the big stores in London. I would definitely recommend this place.
Not very good windows trouble and put icon on desktop ask for help tell u to bring it in.deal with them for yearsjust unhappy every spring I get a tune on it along with my printing needs etc. Storefront staff good tech staff not good.
