Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Terrible. Waited ridiculous amounts of time after being seated, waiting for server. Then waiting over 10 min for 2 waters and 2 pops. Waited 45 min, just to have server come say steak was overcooked, so recooking order! Another 35 min later for food! The only food there were no complaints about at table was my steak. And DIRTY! Words to the wise: NEVER assume any restaurant is thoroughly cleaning silverware, glasses, plates... disgusting. And floors, window ledges, seats, bathrooms... come on! Rarely can afford to go out, will not make this mistake again. Not worth time or money. I miss Applebee's from about 10 years ago. When they'd open the door and greet you, the service, food and price were great. Disappointing at best.

I had to change my 4 star review to a 2 star review.... I placed an order and selected the car side to go option like I have done at least 20 times before. The wait time I was given was 15 minutes long story short I waited 45 minutes and the employee came out twice to say they were still working on my order so it wasn't like they just didn't see my truck pull up! I have been noticing longer and longer wait times when placing orders lately all at different times of the day.

1/2 off appetizers and good Happy Hour specials. Food is better than most other places. 2 for $20 has a good selection.

Staff was very friendly and the food was good minus the steak. Just don't buy steak from Applebee's. It was filled with gristle and very tough. The first one they brought me was well done when I ordered MR and the second one was fully rare. Like black and blue cold and purple in the middle. Everything else was fantastic though.

The food was good as usual, BUT we have waited for 1 hour for our food, we had 4 drinks before our food came out. We watched people who came in after us get their food right away then then would leave............ Needless to say I will never visit this location again...........
