Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Yesterday at the APPLEBEE's in Mansfield CT. phenomenal. I had called a day before because we had a ladies night at our church on Monday and we all decided to go out and eat. So I spoke to John the manager which was extremely nice and told me that even they don't take reservations to call on Monday and just let them know and they will have our tables set up. So I call Monday and reminded John and he stated that they were all set for use to come in. As we came in Monday we did not had to wait the tables were nicely set up and everything was nice and clean. Our waitress OMG! She was amazing! JESSICA B. From the moment we sat at our table she took all of our drinks and took all of our orders always with a smile very attentive to details to the cups that were empty as soon as you taught that you need to tell her you needed a water or a refill on your soda the cup was already full. All the order came out fresh hot and to top it all off there was NO MISTAKE on any orders. She was very interactive with us, always smiling and making sure that nothing else was needed. CONGRATULATIONS JESSICA B. YOU ARE A PHENOMENAL WAITRESS! More people like you are need in these types of restaurant! But you are one special individual APPLEBEE's is very lucky to have you!.

Food was Great. After DinnerCoffee, had that burnt taste. I wish staff would know what to smell for, when about to serve coffee. Still the food was great. Give it a shot, but ask to have a fresh pot of coffee made when ordering!

We love Applebee's. Not fancy but good food at an economical price. We love their 2 for $20 options.

Food send service is usually good. The only problem is that I purposely go during non busy hours, the place was empty, the hostess sits us right next to the only family in the place with loud young kids, mom on her phone, etc etc. Yes, I could have asked you move but I figure I was seated there for a reason. The kids running around, yelling, and the place is empty. Staff should have offered to move us but could care less. Server actually laughed with the family about how her kid does the same thing. Food was good.
