Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Well after a very long rough day my family & I had been anticipating getting Applebees in our Hometown. We use to go here all the time so imagine the disappointment when both of the cheeseburger entrees we ordered with no pink showed up from delivery. My family and I were all set up to relax with dinner and a movie together. Sat down and took a big bite into cold raw mooing burgers. I tried calling the restaurant at around 8:15pm on a Friday night I know it can get real busy but that doesn’t mean we deserve inedible food. Not just pink the buns were soggy wet and the fries way over seasoned. I tried to fix them for my family but the damage was already done. My delivery person was top grade. Quality has definitely not this resultants main priority. If the chef isn’t qualified to handle dinner rush maybe he shouldn’t be in first position. I am not the type to send out bad reviews but this needed to be heard. Can’t seem to catch a break today.

Food was good, but my server Andrea A sat over by the bar so long I was kind of fed up with it. I had nearly finished my meal by the time she came over to ask how my meal is going and if I ended refills. To top it off, a whole other waitress came to drop the check and our boxesnnFries were cold way too quickly it was kind of sad.nnMy partners soda was fine yet my soda was flat as hell.nnPlace is rather dead too, not too many people.

I have been coming to this location with my family for years. The first thing we always notice is the staff who have remained the same for years which says a lot. The food is good and the service is even better. If there’s ever an issue, they are always quick to correct.

Well after a long day at work I ordered a meal and was brought a meal that was not what I ordered by the time I was able to talk to the waitress my guest was done eating. She asked if I wanted the correct meal and then said actually I'll just take the meal off. So after not eating for the entire day after working 9 hours I went home very unhappy. This isn't the first situation either. Has happened 3 times now. I'm just done goingnnThe meal I was brought tasted like garbage as well. Tasted old and as a cook in my own profession it's very disappointingnnOn a side note please take care of the drawing all over the parish hill kids on the back wall.... it's very unpleasant. Magic eraser. Easy.nnVery sad to see all the recent bad reviews maybe it's time corporate takes an unannounced visit.

Eion , our waiter bad spelling . He was always watching his tables being sure no one needed anything and when you did he was right there .nI like the way they work together unlike the Public House in strubridge mass .nBe nice to see the desert doughnuts again , they were good, hot and fresh .
