One star is too generous. I have never experienced such arrogant from an establishment as I have from Francesca's. I am a resident and work in this quaint little town of Coventry. My colleges and I go out to lunch every Friday at noon, and we are always looking for places to go. Francesca's has been on our radar for some time, but we are always unsuccessful. They clearly have a sign that says they are open at 12 for lunch. That is 12! not 12:15 not 12:30 but 12:00. So, finial we smarten up and decide to call the day before for reservation. WELL, you would have thought I asked for them to open at 9 am just for us!! I have never heard such little regard from a business owner to a potential customer. After I explained we were a local business and have been trying to come in for lunch. I was told they don't actually open at 12 "because stuff happens." And that they arrive for 12:15 and don't start taking reservations till 12:30 in the most condescending tone EVER! I wish I could my boss sorry I can't get to work for my start time "because stuff happens." Then change your sign to open WHENEVER WE FEEL LIKE GETTING HERE!! And don't expect this establishment to even give you a second thought when considering where to eat lunch. I am definitely telling everyone I know how rude this woman was and how ridiculous it is to have a sign you put out there stating you are open for noon but don't come in till 12:15 and don't start serving till 12:30. Just saying!! So when you are wondering why your establishment's business is decreasing and lunch isn't making any money, now you know why.
