This place is absolutely amazing!! Langston was I waiter and he was truly a blessing! Always checking in & gave us such a warm welcome! He truly brightened up my day with his generosity! My food was super good also! I normally stick to one thing but I tried something new and it was sooooo good! I can’t wait to come back!!
Have ordered drinks many times husband said they told him since it was a carry out it could only be filled this high! We been ordering drinks for a long while never was told this, always been full! They should be glad my husband picked it up, I would have left it. This is his favorite place, not mine. We will go back to the Allen Park one. Classic burger had no lettuce no nothing, calling manager now! And district! Not happy.
We come to this location pretty often and it’s always a good time with amazing service, especially when Toya is our server!
went in for dinner with the family. Our server was Steven, I believe. The food was great as usual but the service is why I'm leaving this review. Steven was amazing the whole time. He really made it a memorable experience for me and my family. We'll definitely be back soon!
The food was good. Service really needs to be elevated I literally watched them tell everyone who came in there would be an hour wait all because of one large party and with other tables of customers finished and leaving. They definitely need more help. The manager was very accommodating but she is only one person. The experience was bad the food was good except the stingy spinach artichoke dip.
My experience at Applebee's was very good. The food, service and atmosphere was great. My only issue was the bill. I ordered a southwest chicken bowl with no chicken, extra black bean salsa and guacamole I'm vegan and an impossible burger patty only the patty. When I received the bill, I noticed that I was charged for a whole burger, which was like $13. I just paid the bill without question but I think it's ridiculous to charged someone $13 for one patty. That ruined the experience for me.
The hostess sat me sat me at a booth; I was by myself eating dinner and they didn't let the waitress know I was there.I waited at least10 minutes before somebody paid attention to me to serve me. The power went out where when it was time to leave it took another 30 minutes to get my check/receipt to be able to cash out to leave. My food part of it came cold and I had to send it back to have it reheated and it just wasn't a good experience.
Got seated at "the wrong table" sat for ten minutes before anyone came to ask what we would like to drink, then waited 35 minutes for a salad while watching everyone else around us be served their salads, appetizers and entree's before getting our salad. No refills...nothing...We didn't stay for our main course.... Supposed to be a good night for our anniversary and turned into a awful experience.
The service here was amazing! All of the managers greeted us at our table to make sure the food was okay. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
It wasn't busy but staff took forever to service us, kept vanishing and not returning. Ordered our desert carry out because we couldn't stand to be there a moment longer but of course when we got home it ended up being the wrong order. First time visiting any Applebee's and most definitely the last.Food: 3/5
