Applebee's Grill + Bar

The Whiskey burger is heavenly The fireball infused barbecue sauce that they put on top is so tasty...sweet but leaves a little tangy taste on your tongue. Fries were cooked well and the portions were perfect. Waitress was on point. The boneless chicken wings well I'm not even sure if I would call them edible...tried the buffalo and garlic parmesan, after one bite of each...I was not putting them anywhere near my lips again. Check had to be corrected 2 times before it was right and no not due to discounts as I did not complain about the so called chicken as it's total was only$2..

The server Leo was a well mannered, courteous young man! He greeted us, made suggestions on meals and deals, all round good guy, go see Leo, oh and the food was good too !!

If it starts wrong it ends wrong and I should've just walked out when we were seated because of where we were seated. Terrible experience. Sat next to a party of 15 that was having an event. Had to yell across the table in order for my mother to hear me and vice versa. The server had no sense of urgency and was terrible at her job. No one ever checked how our meals were or offered us refills when our cups were empty. I will go to Applebee's but I will not visit this location anytime soon.

Sunday June 19th 2022. As we walk in, we are greeted by this gentleman. He seems possibly tired, maybe a recent highschool graduate. Not very eager to be at work on Sunday at 1130am. He reminds me of the nephew of Michael Scott from the office. Just wrong chair wrong person. As we sit, we ask for our drinks. Sweet tea arrives shortly, smoothie takes 10 mins. Oreo shake takes 30 minutes. Upon arrival, the shake looks great, upon tasting it....its ice blended with milk. Am so sad. Takes another 10 minutes to get water for the table. Food is decent. Some is dry. Some is delicious. Salad is great. As i finish writing this, dessert arrives. We ordered the "Sugar dusted donut dippers" Heres a picture of the menu vs the donuts. Today was supposed to be a great fathers day meal...it wasnt.

Came into the restaurant stomping my feet like a 3 year old having a tantrum, because Applebees in my town of Chelsea, Al is HORRIBLE. My husband was supposed to pull into Golden Corral next door, but glad he didn’t! Food was amazing and Dakota was AWESOME! Great service, fast, listened well to my tables special instructions with their meals. Everything was hot, flavorful, and fast to come out of the kitchen. And the drinks, they were amazing as well! Thank you, Dakota for an amazing experience. I guess I am no longer against Applebees on a date night lol!

Waitress was awesome. Food was good too. Unfortunately we had to wait a hour for our beers. Because the bartender rather worked on the bar and not the rest of the restaurant. There was also a gross food flake in my water. The only drink I got I didn't even want. Then we waited almost 40 minutes for our check. If it wasn't for our food I'd give 1 star....

I realize that a good majority of the youth today have no clue to what an honest days work is, how to show up for work on time, work without their phone in their hand, have any idea what customer service is all about, and have a clean establishment. All of this puts tremendous pressure on the management and just how to deal with it without being taken to court by your staff. I do not recommend to be the first ones to arrive when they open, especially more than 4 of you....wait a few hours until the entire staff gets there and maybe you can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time and just maybe your food will be hot also.

The atmosphere was wonderful and welcoming! Our server Kyle was super AWESOME, ATTENTIVE & FRIENDLY! The only reason I didn't give them a 5th star this time was because service was kind of slow, especially for not being packed. Thanks for the WONDERFUL SERVICE KYLE!

Our server, Marie, was wonderful! She anticipated all our needs before we could say anything and she was very pleasant and had a kind personality. She made sure after each item was brought that we were satisfied before she moved on. She also came back around to double check between other customers just to make sure she didn’t miss anything! Again, she was an awesome server! Parking: They had available handicapped parking all around the front of the building and we were able to park directly on front of the building

Leah the bartender is fantastic. She’s very fast , flexible, and efficient. She waited on us and the bar at the same time and didn’t miss a beat. The food came out fast and correct . I’ll come back here again just to get great service from her!
