Service was quick for how busy it was seated within 5 min and waiter was super nice and helpful and made sure we were taken care of

Went to get Mac and cheese. The noodles where so over cooked it was like someone chewed them for me. definitely microwaved food, there aren’t very many options in KlamathFalls so this sucked.

While the food our table ordered was tasty, two out of the four dinners we ordered arrived at our table barely warm. The manager made it right, but we felt the problem was due to extremely poor service. Had to wait 20+ minutes for the waitress to show up to take our appetizer order and had to ask more than once for our water to be filled. When we asked for our check, the waitress couldn't find it. I'm not one to post cruddy reviews, but we won't be going back..

Service was amazing. Some of the best I've had in a while. The chicken breast was a little dry and over cooked, but it was tasty. I asked for double steamed broccoli, but it was still pretty crisp. I prefer it softer.Food: 3/5

Where do I even start!? Mindy, the bartender, was on it tonight. 10/29/22 To be fair, everybody seemed to be working well together as a team even with being so busy and what looked to be short handed. As somebody who travels and knows how hard life is for everybody right now, I really appreciate how well everybody did. I did sit at the bar… Mindy not only made sure my drinks never went empty but she also made every drink in the bar plus had tables in the bar area on this busy Halloween Saturday night. She even made sure my 4cheese ma. And cheese had extra bacon!! Thank you Mindy and all the staff for making sure I stayed hydrated and full!

It took 25 minutes to even get acknowledged by the waitress after being seated, and even then, we were getting up to walk out when she finally walked over. Seated at 7, ordered at 7:25. Took approximately 30 minutes to get food, at which time the appetizers were brought out with the entrees at around 8:00. Appetizers were cold and soggy, and only 2/3 entrees were brought out. The third entree took an additional 10 minutes to be brought out, and the side was wrong. There are better restaurants to spend $80 for three people in this town. Stopped eating here and this was a reminder of why.

Went to Applebee's for dinner. Our server was NOT friendly. She didn't bring us menus until we asked, she kept forgetting to bring things we asked for and she forgot to put the kids meal order in until after the adults got our food. We did get help from a different server who was very friendly and helpful, Deserai, who actually brought us our food. But our Spinach Dip had a hardened layer of cheese on top and my food was semi-cold, leading me to believe that it had been sitting in the window for a long time. They were also out of pepper and salt packets and crayons. There were multiple employees sitting around a table in the bar for a long period of time which did not seem professional. I remember this Applebee's used to be friendly, energized, professional and enjoyable to have dinner in. I thought I'd take a look at recent reviews for this Applebee's and I wish I would have done so before I went because it appears a lot of other people have had similar sentiments. Applebee's Corporate should figure out what is happening here

The place was popping. But was promptly seated and my server was spot on. Shout out to Teresa B. Attentive and just the right amount. Answered my questions. The lava cake was the bomb.. Definitely will be going back...Food: 4/5

I don't know where to start. Not a pleasant dining experience. Definitely not worth the price. Didn't have to wait long for a table. I was greeted by a girl with blue jeans wearing a hoodie. The waitress was wearing a parka. With very little restaurants in Klamath Falls, it would be nice to feel like you aren't eating at McDonald's every time you want to go out for a nice meal.
