I went to Jack in the Box for an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger combo, with a curly fry and Dr. Pepper - Jumbo Jack w/Cheese - and 4 tacos. When I finally got to the ordering speaker after a 35 minute wait in line I have photos with time stamps as proof, I was told they were out of the jumbo patties they normally use for those burgers, so they'll have to substitute them with their regular patties. When I finally got to the window 15 minutes later, I asked if I would receive any type of discount for the hour long wait in line and/or the burger substitutes, and I was told no. I have video proof of this as well. When I got home, I realized that they only gave me 2 out of the 4 tacos that I paid for. Then, realized there were no onions on my already substituted gross burger, and onions are usually my favorite part. The curly fries had obviously been sitting out for hours, they were stale and bland and should have been thrown away. I paid full price for substituted meals, and not even my full order, after waiting an hour for "fast food." I normally love Jack in the Box food, but this location has got to be the absolute worst location. Whoever the "franchise" owners are, are a bunch of jokes. The dining area has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic, but you can see through the windows, and it's absolutely disgusting! Boxes, storage, trash everywhere. One of the workers was using the lobby as her own personal daycare for a little while there at the start of the pandemic. This place needs new management, or needs to be shut down so a restaurant that knows what they're actually doing can come in and take over the location. I am so disappointed. If you are in the Klamath Falls area, and thinking about getting Jack in the Box - DON'T! You'll waste your time and get gross, cold food served by rude people.
Made a door dash and called Jack in the Box as soon as they accepted my order and asked if they were busy and if not can I get an extra sauce and napkins. Not busy and sure they can. Neither showed up. Burger was supposed to have sauce on it, didn't by the time it showed up. Milkshake half made. Not the first bad experience. I also think it's just a non supervision problem.
Our food was delicious, and the service was great. My wife had the Ranch Chicken Bacon Club combo. And I had the Spicy Chicken combo. I also had their Onion Rings for the first time, and they were awesome. The Onion Rings were so crunchy, and they had a lot of flavor. We do really love Jack In The Box.
I would have given a better rating, but they seems to have removed a lot of the good breakfast food. The prices were insanely high for a fast food restaurant. Employees worked fast but didn't interact too much with guests as they were working to get people in and out... Fast food... I guess it makes senseFood: 4/5
Alright ima keep it real. I've applied at all the local restaurants and judging by the 40 min drive through waits they need the staff. Yet they refuse to hire anyone... they need more staff point blank. I've waited over 40 min in this drive through before! Just like the other 2 mcdonalds in town. 30 plus min waits. The food itself at this location lately is sloppily thrown together like managment is not preparing for rushes like in prior months.... although the sloppiness doesn't affect the fact that the food tastes good still... point blank managment needs to step it up. Work harder and hire more employees. If I wanted to wait 40 min for food I'd go sit at Applebee's not in my car....
Spent 100$ and got no fries. Manager was ridiculously unprofessional, refused the fries and said another employee had to deal with me or she would "loose her mind" very unstable woman. I dealt with Kaylyn and Victoria. Please seek management who can interact with the public and problem solve. Also contacting higher ups.Food: 1/5
Drive-thru was fast. I like coming here because they have the Coca-Cola machine that gives you over a hundred options of drinks to choose from. Food was hot and good.
While picking up my order, another customer was being yelled at by manager for trying to get the fries that they forgot from their order. I don't know what was going on with that order, but management should never act like that to a customer.Food: 4/5
I ordered biscuit breakfast sandwich plus a cheese burger. 1 tea and 1 sprite. The young lady was very pleasant. They forgot the sprite and wouldn't let me pay for I guess cause I had to ask for it at window. Food was ok except my biscuit tasted old and got hard after cooling down. About 5 min after recieving order.Food: 3/5
Placed an order in the drive thru, got to the window, got my food, drove off. Shoulda checked my food before leaving cause they messed up on all but one item if my order. Food was also cold.Food: 2/5
