Applebee's Grill + Bar

This place is really good and their food it Top notch no exceptions the Manager was really cool guy professional but they could work a little on the waiting staff!! Had my food but no napkins for a while had to call up someone to request napkins and i would recommend they check on their customers before food delivery and after to see if all is well and nothing more is needed!! But again food is great!!

We went 8:45 on 1/12/2023. We had the all-you-can eat, boneless wings/shrimp/ and ribs... It was worth every penny!!! The waitress made sure my brother's soda glass was filled without him even asking, I didn't feel guilty for getting another serving, she was nice, but not a "fake nice," too. The food came out hot temperature for each serving and looked great. Best restaurant experience I have had in at least a year. If I lived closer, I would frequent this particular Applebee's. Parking: Good amount of to-go parking, okay amount of handicap and regular parking. Parking lot was clean of snow/ice on the visit.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day here and ordered one steak and chicken salad. The steak was just okay, compared with Texas Roadhouse. The hot chocolate cake and ice cream matched so delicious. It is a must try!Recommended dishesSalad

I got the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp off of the 2 for $30 I did with my friend. As you can see the portions I got were small. I also thought the tray I got was going to be bigger. The chicken was very filling, that is of you eat it all together. What makes up for it mostly was our waiter. She was very kind, although it did ask for a table but it's okay her attitude made up for it.

Food was okay. Service was okay not the best our server kept talking to other workers for like 15 minutes after we had finished when we were trying to get out check.

Good value and good food. The 2 for $25 deal is a good value, Better than fast food for a comparable price. Boneless wings were pretty good, go for the Buffalo sauce, better than the honey barbecue. Service was excellent and never had to ask for a refill. Food came out quickly. Riblets left a little to be desired, not as good as regular ribs.

Ordered the Chicken Alfredo. It was good. Waiter was friendly at first but after I received my food from a kitchen server, my waiter totally avoided me Never asked if I wanted a drink refill nor if I wanted anything else, like dessert, which I did. Someone else brought that out then I waited 20 minutes for my check. When he did finally bring it, it was for someone else including their credit card. Also this is the first Applebee's I've been to where the manager noticed I was wearing a NHL team cap which he dislikes. Jokingly he tells my waiter to charge me an extra $5. He then comes over to my table just to inform me he hates the team and why. Totally unprofessional. His leadership reflects on his wait staff which seem to do more standing around talking and joking with each other then doing their jobs. When they do they seem totally absent of basic wait staff duties such as giving the correct check to their customers. Avoid this place; go to the Perkins next door.

Me and my husband went for my birthday. Everything was great except for the service. The lady kept tending to everyone else but us. Made us feel like she was being racist. She was rushing every time she came to our table but held long friendly conversations with others. I usually don't have any issues when I visit this restaurant but sad to say this particular one had very poor service.

Our server was very good and very honest about the food. My rice was microwaved and hard as a rock, so she brought out some green beans instead. These weren't even warm and the butter/garlic sauce was congealed on top. Won't be back to this restaurant....

My party of three went to applebees to celebrate my child's birthday and we were definitely impressed by the staff and food! Food came hot, and just like we ordered it down to the extra sauces! We will definitely be back to this location as well as the location in inver grove heights! Both were awesome!!! Vegetarian options: Had multiple vegetarian options Kid-friendliness: Staff was very nice and bubbly to my baby! Wheelchair accessibility: Had a wheelchair ramp.
