Apple Woodland

I've now been to this store twice and have had similar experiences both times. To start, your wait time will never be less than 2 hours, 1 if your lucky. For example, my girlfriend has had issues with her phone lately so we want yesterday, and was given an estimate of a 4 hours wait. It's also worth mentioning that Apple had 24 employees on the sales floor alone, no idea how many were in the back. Absolutely insane how the wait is always this long. However, they are usually able to solve the issue, but almost all carry an attitude of "I don't want to be here". I just try and get in and out as quick as I can here.

Outstanding customer service every time. Allot yourself some time for your appointment. Due to the high volume of people, wait times can definitely be a wait if you don't have an appointment. There’s a method in the madness and despite all wearing the same shirt, half of them aren’t technicians and can’t troubleshoot your phone! So be patient! One of the few places that actually cares about helping you. Always make sure you have a backup REGARDLESS of issue. The technicians know their stuff and know the best way to get your problem fixed.

Arg. Super long wait. Why are we making appointments if you are making us wait an hour or more? Get a better frickin system. You didn’t even tell me when I checked in that you were an hour behind even though you knew. Super disrespectful to your customers. I ended up leaving without being helped because the wait was so long and I felt mega disrespected.

Checked in to see a technician. Sat until I received a text message that it was my turn and to tell a technician I'm here. They told me I was next. Watched 5 people go before me. So I asked what's going on. They told me I'm next. Just watched 3 more people go ahead of me. I would've left by now but I live an hour away. Worst service ever!

I have never not had a good experience here. They take good care of their customers and they dang well should at the cost of apple products. I love them. I use them every day. Keep training good employees.
