On Tuesday morning I realized that I huge crack in my windshield. When I phoned them for a quote they were very pleasant to talk to and helped me figure out that my windshield was heated to help melt the ice from the wipers I had no idea this was even a thing. They were able to schedule me an appointment for today and right from the moment I walked in the service was exceptional. The repair took about the time they said it would and there were no hidden costs. They also explained to me that it wasn't a rock that caused the chip but a short in the heating element in the windshield. Thank-you Apple Auto Glass. I had a leaking windshield and needed it fixed. These guys got me in that day for an assessment and diagnosed it quickly. I was scheduled in for an appointment within 3 days. I went in there today because the glass had fallen off my mirror they got me in right away and fixed it. Then when it came time to pay they didn't even charge me. Will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone! Thank you to the guys who were very helpful

Great service! Quick and professional results. I've had stone chips fixed here as well as an entire new windshield for my other vehicle. Both times I had a great experience. Staff was able to pull my insurance info to confirm coverage with no hassle. Love their air freshener and note pad that they always give with each appointment. Highly recommended.

Outstanding to say the least. My situation was unique as it was a boat windshield that needed to be replaced. Also, it wasn't flat, but had a slight curve to it. Nathan indicated that they were very busy, but upon inspection, told me to leave the boat and he would see if he could get it done by the end of the week, even though he wasn't sure what he was going to do, or how he was going to fix it. He also said he wanted to leave the boat in the shop at night to keep it secure, which made me feel secure. Later the next day he called to inform me it was done. I was shocked, that soon, wow? Nathan, Chris and the team were able replace the windshield and it was spectacular. I work with, coach, and train, employee's from CSR's right up to CEO's on communication, sales and management skills and the team at Cambridge Apple Auto Glass displayed what I coach to as, best practices, in these areas. In this day and age it is very common to have horrible customer experiences. The team at Apple Auto Glass did an excellent job with my truck. They installed a cover and tinted my windows. They were able to accommodate my schedule and complete the job very quickly so I was not without my vehicle very long. They did an excellent job and went the extra mile to walk me through how to use the cover after the install. Can't say enough good things about this place. Excellent service and super knowledgeable. Right from the start they go above and beyond for their customers. I had a chip in my windshield and they were able to get me in right away. Although the chip ended up being deeper than we thought, they were awesome in explaining the options and risks right from the start. The honesty is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be recommending them in the future and will be back for any future needs.
