Appearance Day Spa

I recently went to Appearance Day Spa for a facial and was very pleased with my experience. The decor and ambiance of the spa was welcoming and relaxing, and the Esthetician was professional and extremely competent. I felt rejuvenated and left with a soft glowing face! This was my first experience here, and I will definitely be returning.

I went in for an 80-minute massage and they took me in and I got 75-minute massage because 5 minutes were used for me to get undressed. That was very annoying to me. It wasn't worth the cost. There was nowhere for me to put my clothes. I had to put my shoes and purse on the floor and put my clothes on top of them. My room was very close to the front desk, and I could hear the people at the front desk talking very loudly so it was distracting and difficult to relax listening to all that chatter. They told me that when I got there that the masseuse would discuss which kind of massage I would get, and she never discussed it with me. She said that she thought that I was getting a Swedish massage I don't know who told her that but it wasn't me. All in all it was just okay and I won't be going back.

Tom cuts my hair was able to reconnect with him after several years, and a move. He takes his time, listening to the clients exact wants,he will offer an opinion if asked. Yesterday we decided to do a longer version of my hair cut so I could get used to shorter hair a little at a time. He is very thoughtful when offering a cut or style solution and thoroughly explains everything as he is "creating his masterpiece". I give both him and the very welcoming staff a 10 and would recommend to anyone looking.

Nick gave an one of the best massages I have ever had. He was very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. My body treatment and facial were also fantastic. The entire experience was a 10!
