My company provides information, repairs, inspections and much more, for commercial properties on behalf of our clients. APEX SEWER & DRAIN CLEANING SERVICES, INC located on Albany Shaker Rd, Latham NY, 12110, not only provided us with excellent service, they went beyond. Andre Byrd is the type of tech that we should all have in the field-Professional, witty, quick to solve, and went out of his way to help me provide my client with quality service. But I could not have finished this service and much more without the support of Lisa Kelley, the AR Manager at Apex Drain Cleaning. Lisa was so easy to talk to, she made me feel important as the customer/ client, it's people like them that help us excel in this industry. I live in a mobile home park where there were some serious issues that caused my home to be completely backed up due to frozen pipes. Anthony and Kenny were the biggest help, they worked to get the pipes to drain for hours and were here well in the the late evening. They were finally able to get everything running smoothly, despite the cold temperatures and lack of coffee. I truly respect their can do, won't quit until it's done attitudes!

Called Apex to snake a blocked drain pipe. One of the professionals, Andre managed to turn a very frustrating situation into a positive one with his optimism and humor. Andre went to great lengths to address the problem and ease our concerns, providing a detailed explanation of the procedure each step of the way. In all I would highly recommend this company (and Andre) if you are looking for excellent workmanship and thorough service.
