Several years ago we hired Apex to install an iron filter and water softener at my summer cabin that we use only 2 months out of the year. Could not figure out why we had to take the iron filter in for servicing regularly because it was not working. Every time we took it in, the media bed in the filter was pretty much gone. Last weekend we figured out that Apex hooked it up backwards so that we were constantly backwashing the filter! It wasn't actually a big deal, we were just happy that we finally figured out what the problem was. When we called them to ask them to come out and reverse their connection to the proper water flow direction they blew us off, claiming "we don't know who has been in there since we installed it." Brutal, brutal brutal service. We were stunned at their response. Will NEVER use or recommend these guys ever again.

I have found Apex Plumbing & Heating to be extremely reliable. All of their workmanship is of very high quality and is provided at a reasonable price. On several occasions Jon and his team have been called on to find solutions to difficult problems under very strict time constraints and they have always succeeded in providing solutions that far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Apex for all your plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs.

Apex been extremely reliable with a high standard of workmanship delivered with reasonable pricing. In closing I would highly recommend APEX plumber, heat, or air conditioner requirements.
